Private Conditions of Reservations and Cancellations

Please read the General and Private terms and conditions carefully. These conditions, together with other information provided during a booking, establish the terms and conditions of contract between you and MegaSport.

PRIVATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Withdrawals

1.1 When submitting a withdrawal from the trip / stay the customer undertakes to assume the following cancellation costs:

1.1.1 Cancellation up to 50 days before the program starts - free of charge.

1.1.2 Cancellation from 49 to 35 days before the program starts - 25% of the total amount of the reservation.

1.1.3 Cancellation from 34 to 15 days before the program starts - 50% of the total reservation amount.

1.1.4 Cancellation from 14 days until the beginning of the program - 100% of the total reservation amount.

1.1.5 Last-Minute Bookings: Full payment will be charged upon confirmation of your booking.  Once we receive your confirmation, there is no cancellation possible and no refund available. 

2. Changes

2.1 If you wish to make a change to a tour itinerary, you must submit your request to us in writing by email. Once a booking request is received and confirmed, any modification of dates or alteration of itineraries by you will incur a change fee.  Fees vary according to the type and scope of the change.  Our suppliers, which include hotels, often impose additional fees or penalties for changes and cancellations. These are included in the change fee and can be substantial.  A minimum change fee of 270€ applies to any change within 30 days of travel.
